Having received my package via mail, it was totally empty and had been sealed inside a royal mail secure clear plastic bag stating they received in this empty state and I should contact original sender. Once I'd contacted and sent proof of the empty package my order was re sent and I received in 2 days . Outstanding customer service and solution to the problem .. well done .
