Do I have to refill the 10ml container?

No, you will not need to refill the container. The 10ml refill container comes closed, all you will need to do is the add the container into the device. The refill container needs to be turned upside down in order to fill the built in 2ml pod in the device. This can be carried out up to five times.

Is there any buttons on the device?

No, the BM6000 is buttonless, to use the kit all you will need to do is inhale. Simple as that.
