How Does It Work?

Just shop at Vape Superstore as you normally would. At checkout simply select 'Same Day Delivery' as your shipping method, it's that easy! With same day delivery you can place orders 7 days a week, up to 4pm in London, and receive it the same day between 7pm and 10pm.

I missed the 4pm cut-off! If you miss our 4pm cut-off for Same Day delivery, you'll have up until midnight that day to order on a Next Day delivery service for only £2.99.

When Will My Items Be Delivered?

Orders placed by 4pm for London addresses are delivered the same day between 5pm and 10pm.

Is My Area Covered?

Same day delivery only applies in London. Once you have entered your shipping address at checkout, if your postcode is within the valid zones only then will the same day delivery option be displayed.

Same Day Delivery FAQs:

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you're not available when delivery is attempted, the driver may contact you. If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier will reattempt delivery on the following day.

After the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, your order will be returned to us and you'll then be refunded minus delivery cost.

I've entered incorrect delivery details?

If you have entered incorrect address details you will have until the same delivery cut off time (4pm in London / 11am in other cities) to contact us to correct this information. We cannot be held liable for mis-deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If the carrier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address you will only be entitled to a refund minus delivery cost.

My parcel has been lost or stolen?

We cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

My delivery has not arrived?

We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale), extreme weather or force majeure, deliveries may take a little longer. If your parcel has not arrived please contact our team via phone, live chat or email.

Why do you require my telephone number?

So that you do not miss a delivery, we request your mobile number so that you can be notified a 30 minute delivery window. You will also receive notifications upon dispatch and when your driver is nearby.
