Our Journey
Vape Superstore was founded in 2015 with the goal of giving adult smokers a credible alternative to tobacco.
In our early years, we operated seven retail stores across London. Working directly with customers gave us first-hand insight into the challenges people face when switching from smoking to vaping. That experience still shapes how we select products and support our customers today.
As the market evolved and more customers chose to shop online, we transitioned from a retail-led model to a fully online operation. This allowed us to focus on sourcing the best products, competitive pricing, fast dispatch and responsive customer support, serving customers nationwide through our ecommerce platform.
We continue to adapt as regulations change and new technologies enter the market, ensuring our range reflects both compliance standards and customer demand.
