The IQOS Iluma set up will be familiar if you’ve used the IQOS Originals DUO device. It utilises a pocket charger which is used to charge the Holder. It takes 2 hours and 15 minutes to charge the IQOS Iluma Pocket Charger and you get up to 20 uses per charge. Your Holder carries two charges, so you’re looking at up to 20 single uses per charge of the Pocket Charger.
The IQOS Iluma Holder benefits from automatic heating, all you need to do is insert your TEREA tobacco stick and the LED will begin to pulsate and the holder will immediately begin heating the tobacco. You can also press the single button to activate the heating process. Once your TEREA stick is ready, the Holder will vibrate and the LED will remain solid.
The sleek pen-shaped holder fits comfortably in your hand and a final vibration will alert you to your last two remaining puffs or 30 seconds. Pop your Holder back into the Pocket Charger to recharge it in under 10 minutes.

IQOS Iluma One Features
The IQOS Iluma One is a fantastic all-in-one device and an excellent option for on-the-go situations. It is slightly narrower and lighter than the Iluma, holds 20 charges and will take 1 hour and 30 minutes to charge, so a shorter charge time than the Iluma. The Iluma One has a slide-back cover and a single activation button which you will need to press for a couple of seconds to begin the heating process, unlike the Iluma’s auto-detect feature.
When you are down to your last 30 seconds or two puffs, the Iluma One will vibrate twice and the LED will begin pulsing. When you’re done, simply remove the TEREA stick and slide back the protective cover.

I’m blowed if I can see any benefit at all in the Iluma over the Iluma One. There isn’t a sinle one and it’s more expensive. What’s that all about?
