Products must be like for like and be the same brand, style, model and colour.
Products must be in-stock and available for immediate purchase.
The product must be from a UK based online retailer.

If you find the same product for sale at a lower price from another online retailer, it's really easy - just get in touch on our contact page here.

Let us know where you found the lower price by providing a link to the relevant product. We’ll then verify the price and whether the item qualifies or not.

If our team agrees with your request, we'll happily match the price when you buy the product from us. Or if you've already bought it within the last 28 days, we'll refund you the difference plus 5%.

- The store’s retail price used to price match must take into account all offers or promotions we currently have on the item (e.g. Buy More Save More, loyalty rewards where applicable). I found out today that I have moved up…
I found out today that I have moved up to platinum and received a £10 gift voucher which I will definitely be making use of. In general I am happy with vapesuperstore, but postage is not always consistent it says if you spend £20 and over you get next day delivery, that doesn’t always happen it could be 2 days before it arrives though I understand it could be delivery of package etc.
