That’s why we’ve partnered with both Royal Mail and DPD to offer flexible delivery options to suit your needs. Our same-day dispatch cut-off time is 10pm Monday to Friday for Royal Mail orders, helping ensure you get your vapes quickly and without delay.

We now also offer weekend dispatch, with DPD orders sent out before 12pm and Royal Mail orders dispatched before 3pm. Whether you’re ordering vape kits, vape juice or accessories, you can count on a smooth and efficient delivery experience.

All orders are packaged securely in plain, unbranded jiffy bags to ensure safe and discreet delivery. Plus, we offer free 24-hour shipping on all orders over £20, giving you great value as well as trusted service.

As a responsible retailer, we’re legally required to verify that all customers are 18 years or over. To do this, we use 1Account, a secure and trusted age verification provider. Age checks are completed after your first order is placed. If we’re unable to verify your age, your order may be delayed until verification is completed. All orders are packaged discreetly with no vaping references on the outer packaging.

Dispatch Times:

Monday–Friday: Orders placed before 10pm are dispatched the same day (via Royal Mail. DPD cut-offs below).

Saturday-Sunday: Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day (via Royal Mail. DPD cut-offs below).

From 6th October 2025, the following additional postcode exclusions will apply for Sunday deliveries only on Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Special Delivery Guaranteed® Next Day services:

*Tracked 24 and Special Delivery End Of Day posted by the required cut-off on a Saturday from a BT Postcode will be due delivery in a BT postcode on a Sunday. All other BT posted Tracked 24 and Special Delivery End Of Day items posted on a Saturday will not be due delivery in rest of UK on a Sunday

Tracking & Delivery Updates

All eligible services include tracking. If your parcel is delayed:

  1. Check tracking first
  2. Allow for carrier scan delays during peak periods
  3. Contact our support team if tracking shows no movement for 48 hours
