VS Vape Rewards Club are available to all customers based in the UK and Worldwide.
You can apply your rewards points with any future purchase on Vapesuperstore.co.uk. Your existing balance will appear in the checkout area when you are logged in. You can choose to use all your points in a single order or use a proportion of the points and save the rest for a future purchase. You don’t have to use any points if you don’t want to, you could save them for a bigger purchase or to get an order completely free, the choice is yours.
You can check your points balance by logging in to your account area or via the pop-up in the bottom corner of the screen. Once logged in you will see the total number of points, your membership level and any special offers available to you as a member of our Vape Rewards Club. We will also send regular points updates emails each month.
Yes. Effective as of 01/12/2025 - your points will expire if your account is inactive for 12 months.
If you earn or redeem points at least once within a 12 month period, your points will stay active.
If you do not, your full points balance will reset to zero.
We will always email you before this happens so you have a chance to use your points.
Unfortunately points are not transferable between accounts.
There is no limit to the number of points you can accrue. It’s good to remember that points can only be redeemed against a purchase and have no cash value.
Simple answer is no, it doesn’t. Your tiered status is related to lifetime spend on Vape Superstore. Once you hit the next tier you will remain there unless you close your account and open a new one.
Good question, the points that you accrued from the old system have been carried across to the new system and will appear in your account area. If for any reason the points balance isn’t showing in your account please contact a member of our team who will be happy to help.
When you successfully place a completed order, the points will be automatically be updated in your account area. This is usually done the same day but can take 1-2 days to update.
Unfortunately not, points have no real cash value and can only be redeemed against future purchases on the Vape Superstore website.
The double and triple points promos run several times a year. You will be notified via email and notifications will also appear in your account area upon logging in.

The monthly Vape Rewards Club promos will appear in your account area. We will also send out an email notifying you of what the exclusive offer is. Monthly offers can only be redeemed once per month per account.

We reserve the right to review accounts and revoke points or terminate participation if we determine that a customer is purchasing for business purposes.
