At Vape Superstore we’re all about you - our customers - and making sure you’re happy not just with what you order from us, but how we actually deliver it to you. We package everything up carefully (you guys often tell us it arrives the very next day too).

Well, we’re going a step further and doing our best to make it even easier for you. We know you can’t always be at home when the postie arrives, so we’ve teamed up with DPD Pick-Up to take the hassle out of accepting deliveries.

With Click & Collect you can get your parcels at over 10,000+ locations in the UK.

Why choose DPD Click and Collect?

We're working with DPD to offer a more convenient and secure way to receive your order. The DPD Pickup service allows you to pick up your order from a nearby location such as a Co-Op, Post Office or local business.

How does it work?

At the checkout, select the pickup option and select a nearby DPD Pickup Point from thousands nationwide.

You will receive your DPD Pickup Pass via email when your order is ready to be collected, please bring this with you when you collect your order.

The opening hours of the DPD Pickup Point will be displayed at the time of selection and will also be displayed in your pickup email.

What Qualifies For Click & Collect?

The location must be one of the 10,000+ available
DPD pick-points in the UK.

Parcels can be up to 70 x 70 x 70 cm in size,
and weigh no more than 20kg.

How To Use Click & Collect

Add your items to your basket as normal, once you've landed at checkout you will see the option for either 'DPD Click and Collect' within our shipping options.

Once you have selected 'Click and Collect' a pop-up screen will load. A list of your local pick-up locations will appear. Simply select your nearest store, or whichever works best for you.

Complete the checkout process as normal, ensuring you provide either an email address or mobile number so you can be notified once your pick-up is ready.

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation from Vape Superstore, following that an email from DPD confirming your click and collect details.

Once your order has arrived at your chosen pick-up point, you will receive an email with a collection code letting you know it’s ready. This will again state the opening hours of your pick-up point.

To collect your parcel, head to your collection point and show your Pickup number. If you’ve lost the email you can also use a valid form of ID (passport, driving license or bank card).

How much does Click & Collect cost?

Click and collect will be charged at the same rate as our usual DPD Next Day delivery. These can be viewed here.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.

Orders placed after 4pm on weekdays, or after 12:30pm on weekends, will be dispatched the next working day (usually Monday, unless it’s a Bank Holiday).

If you selected DPD Click and Collect, your parcel will be delivered to your chosen pickup point on the next working day (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive a notification from DPD when your parcel is ready for collection, including a Collection Code which you’ll need to bring, along with valid ID.

How long do I have to collect my parcel?

You have 7 days from the date of your collection code email to collect your parcel. If you have changed your mind and no longer want your goods, you must still collect them, and follow our usual returns procedure to send the items back. Uncollected parcels will not be refunded automatically.

Can somebody else collect on my behalf?

Yes they can. You will need to send them your collection code email, so that they can present this to the member of staff. Without this, they will not be able to do so.

I have not received my collection code, but it is past the estimated delivery time?

If you have yet to receive an email with your code, first please check your junk or spam box. Failing that please contact us, and we will look into it right away.
