At Vape Superstore we’re all about you - our customers - and making sure you’re happy not just with what you order from us, but how we actually deliver it to you. We package everything up carefully (you guys often tell us it arrives the very next day too).

Well, we’re going a step further and doing our best to make it even easier for you. We know you can’t always be at home when the postie arrives, so we’ve teamed up with Hub Box to take the hassle out of accepting deliveries.

With Click & Collect you can get your parcels at over 4500 locations in the UK.

What Qualifies For Click & Collect?

The location must be one of the 4500 available
pick-points in the UK.

Parcels can be up to 70 x 70 x 70 cm in size,
and weigh no more than 20kg.

How To Use Click & Collect


Add your items to your basket as normal, once you've landed on your basket you will see the option for either 'Home Delivery' or 'Click and Collect'.


Once you have selected 'Click and Collect' a pop-up screen will load. Enter your postcode or location into the search box and hit enter (or click the search icon).


The next screen will show the available collection points local to your postcode. The map can be zoomed out for further locations. At the top of the page if you'd rather you can opt to display the pick-up points in list form rather than on the map.


Once you are happy with your pick-up location select the icon above. This will load another screen showing you the opening hours of the store, so please ensure these fit with you before proceeding. If so, click confirm and checkout.


Complete the checkout process as normal, ensuring you provide either an email address or mobile number so you can be notified once your pick-up is ready.


Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation from Vape Superstore, following that an email from Hubbox confirming your click and collect details.


Once your order has arrived at your chosen pick-up point, you will receive an email with a collection code letting you know it’s ready. This will again state the opening hours of your pick-up point.


To collect your parcel, head to your collection point and show your Hubbox number. If you’ve lost the email you can also use a valid form of ID (passport, driving license or bank card).

How much does Click & Collect cost?

Click and collect will be charged at the same rate as our usual shipping methods. These can be viewed here.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

This will depend on the shipping method you selected at checkout (e.g First Class, Next-Day) - please refer to our delivery page for estimated delivery times. Once you have successfully placed your order, your item(s) will be processed and shipped out same day if placed before 3pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 3pm or at the weekend will be dispatched the next working day. You will receive confirmation from HubBox via email when your parcel is available for collection. This will include your unique Collection Code – you’ll need to bring this with you in order to collect.

How long do I have to collect my parcel?

You have 14 days from the date of your collection code email to collect your parcel. If you have changed your mind and no longer want your goods, you must still collect them, and follow our usual returns procedure to send the items back. Uncollected parcels will not be refunded automatically.

Cam somebody else collect on my behalf?

Yes they can. You will need to send them your collection code email, so that they can present this to the member of staff. Without this, they will not be able to do so.

I have not received my collection code, but it is past the estimated delivery time?

If you have yet to receive an email with your code, first please check your junk or spam box. Failing that please contact us, and we will look into it right away.
