Vaporesso consistently delivers clean flavour in a compact, lightweight form. The XROS 5 Nano runs on a 1600mAh battery and features a 1.09-inch touchscreen that displays output power, puff count, and battery data. COREX 3.0 mesh pods with a topfill design are also leak-resistant and quick to fill.
The airflow runs from tight MTL through to RDL, and the device is compatible with all XROS series pod cartridges, giving you a lot of flexibility on coil resistance.
Auto-draw activation means no button required for vaping, though settings are managed through the touchscreen. At 30W max, it's more conservative than the Novo 6 or Luxe X3, but for MTL nic salt vaping, that's more than adequate.
Overall, it's the most pocket-friendly option in the refillable category here, lightweight and slim enough to genuinely disappear in a jacket pocket.
I wanted to see how well the XROS 5 Nano handled different vaping styles within the same compact design. So I tested both the 0.6ohm and 0 8ohm pods that come with the kit. With the airflow nearly closed, the tighter pod delivered a cigarette-style MTL inhale that worked especially well with nic salts, while opening the airflow with the lower-resistance pod produced a noticeably airier RDL draw without making the vapour feel overly warm.
The COREX 3.0 pods stayed leak-resistant during pocket carry throughout my testing, and the topfill system made quick refills straightforward without removing the pod from the device. The touchscreen also proved more practical than expected because battery percentage, puff count, and wattage remained visible at a glance without navigating through multiple menus or button combinations.
