Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K Review: Is It Worth Buying in 2026

By:

Ever since the single-use disposable vape ban arrived in June 2025, the market for high-capacity prefilled pod kits has enjoyed a boom, with the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K one of many vape kits leading the charge.

With good reason, too. As one of the longest-lasting prefilled kits available, the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K is one of the few vape kits doing something different, thanks to its dual-flavour twist system. But is it worth parting with your hard-earned? In this Hayati Pro Ultra review, we shall find out.

Throughout, we cover how it performs in day-to-day use, focusing on the build, battery, and dual-flavour pod mechanism. We also explore the range of Hayati Pro Ultra flavours available. Does the overall value hold up against the wide number of alternatives?

What Is the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K?

A person holding the Hayati Pro Ultra 25k Prefilled Pod Kit

The Hayati Pro Ultra 25K is a high-capacity rechargeable prefilled pod kit designed specifically for the post-disposable-ban UK market.

Most prefilled vape kits come with a one-flavour pod, but Hayati Pro Ultra takes it a step further and features a clever modular three-component system.

The system combines a rechargeable battery unit, a 2ml prefilled pod with a built-in mesh coil, and two 10ml auto-refill tanks that feed into the pod as the liquid runs down.

The net result is 22ml of e-liquid per pack, spread across one 2ml pod and two separate flavour chambers. The twist-to-switch mouthpiece lets you move between the two profiles without removing anything or touching a button.

With no wattage settings, airflow sliders, or button presses required, the Hayati Pro Ultra is pretty straightforward to use, overall.

To set it up, just remove the stoppers from the pod and the two refill containers, then click each container into its matching numbered side of the pod, before sliding the assembled pack into the top of the device. After that, you are good to go - just inhale to vape.

How the Dual-Flavour System Works

The dual-flavour mechanism is what separates the Hayati Pro Ultra 25K from everything else on the shelf, so we need to cover that before going any further with this review.

It’s all quite simple. Each replacement pod pack gives you one 2ml dual-pod, with both flavours in separate chambers, each with its own mesh coil. Two 10ml auto-refill tanks come with it (one per flavour).

Assemble it, and those tanks slot into the device body, feeding the matching side of the pod. Simple. You never top anything up by hand, and the tanks keep the pod fed until they run dry.

To switch between flavours, you only need to pull the mouthpiece upward slightly and rotate 180 degrees until you feel it click. The LED display confirms which side is active: L for left, R for right.

For the avoidance of all doubt, we should point out that there is no flavour crossover between the two chambers, as each has an entirely separate coil. The switch is clean and immediate. Apart from being satisfying, this is a clever system that genuinely works.

Having two independent coils means neither degrades faster than the other, and flavour quality on each side remains consistent throughout the pod's lifespan.

Design and Build Quality

While by no means enormous, at 107mm tall and 29.3mm deep, the Hayati Pro Ultra 25K is bigger than a ‘regular’ pod kit. The extra width is a good thing, as far as we are concerned, since there's a lot going on in there, with two 10ml tanks, an 850mAh battery, and a display board.

Build quality is solid, with a metal body and smooth finish, so nothing rattles here. The pod housing sits firm, and the mouthpiece promotes a rather satisfying click when you swap flavours. After weeks of daily use, there is no loosening at the connection points or scuffing on the outside.

The LED display keeps things nice and simple, announcing the things that matter: battery level and which tank you're currently on (L or R).

USB-C charging port at the base, and you can use the device while it's charging. Heavy users will appreciate that, since it means not having to put the thing down for half an hour at a time.

Battery Life and Charging

The 850mAh battery is more than enough to keep moderate vapers going for a good while, and the 45-minute charge time from low to full is pretty decent.

The device doesn't have a Boost or Eco mode; it simply operates at a single fixed output level throughout. Now, for a prefilled MTL device, this isn't a significant limitation, as the mesh coils are optimised for consistent output at the standard wattage. Flavour and vapour production remain stable from a full battery down to low charge levels without noticeable drop-off.

Performance: Flavour, Draw, and Vapour

The MTL draw on the Hayati Pro Ultra 25K is well-calibrated and tight enough to feel familiar to ex-smokers and former disposable users, with a smooth, consistent inhale that doesn't require any adjustment period.

Be aware, however, that the device doesn’t allow for a customised airflow control, so the draw is fixed. Some see that as a good thing, others don't - it’s entirely subjective.

Flavour quality from the dual mesh coils is one of the biggest boasts, though. Many high-puff-count prefilled systems suffer from a noticeable drop-off in flavour intensity after the first five or ten thousand puffs, but that is not a concern with the Hayati Pro Ultra, which maintains flavour consistency well past that point.

We would say that real-world puff counts tend to land between 20,000 and 24,000 rather than the marketing claim of 25,000. Draw length, as always, makes a difference to how many puffs you can expect. Short, cigarette-style puffs will get closer to the advertised number, while longer, deeper draws will use more liquid per puff.

This is standard across all prefilled pod kits, of course, not a specific issue with the Hayati.

Is the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K Worth Buying?

Definitely! Especially if you fall into any of these categories:

  • You were a heavy disposable vape user and want something with the same simplicity

  • You are an ex-smoker who's recently switched to vaping

  • You like variety and want two flavours in a single device

  • You vape 200–500 puffs per day and don't want to buy replacements constantly

Final Thoughts

Thanks to a dual-flavour twist system that works entirely as advertised, and flavour consistency that holds up across 20-25,000 puffs, the Hayati Pro Ultra 25K is a decent bit of kit.

The build quality is something most people notice before puffing - this doesn't feel like a cobbled together disposable with a USB port added, because it isn't. Again, this is a solid, well-built device that really delivers.

Previous disposable users will enjoy this product. It's one of the more natural switches available and offers a familiar draw and flavour profiles, with no technical learning curve.

Up to 25,000 puffs per pod pack, though real-world results typically land between 20,000 and 24,000 depending on draw length. Short draws get closer to the advertised number; longer draws consume more liquid per puff.

The range currently includes 30 options, covering fruity, icy, menthol, candy, and dessert profiles. Most pods are dual-note, pairing two complementary flavours in a single pack.

No, the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K replacement pods are compatible only with the Pro Ultra Plus 25K device. They are not compatible with the Hayati Pro Max Plus or other Hayati kits. Always check compatibility before ordering replacement pods.

Yes, it's one of the more beginner-friendly options in the high-capacity category. There are no buttons, no wattage settings, and no manual refilling required. Simply install the pod pack and inhale.
