Yes, some e-liquids do not contain nicotine. Typically 10ml bottles will be premixed with nicotine, however, there are some ranges on the market that now offer 10ml nicotine-free juices. 50mls and 100mls will always be nicotine-free on the other hand due to TPD requirements. How do PG/VG ratios affect vape juice flavour?

The PG/VG ratio does have a significant impact on the taste and flavour of your E-Liquid.
