FUMi Nic Pouches: explore the flavour groups and find your strength

FUMi is a Swedish nicotine pouch brand with a distinctive flavour list. Alongside the cool mints and fruits you'd expect, there's a Fiery range with a chilli kick and a couple of Salty flavours that mix fruit with liquorice. Every pouch is white, tobacco-free and sits under your top lip.

Choosing a can comes down to format, strength and flavour. Start with how much nicotine you want, then let the flavour decide the rest.

FUMi Slim

A wider range of strengths

FUMi Slim

Slim is FUMi's full-size pouch. It's long and thin, so it lies flat along your gum, and it's the only format that comes in all 4 strengths. Each can holds 20 pouches.

  • Available at 4mg, 8mg, 11mg and 15mg per pouch
  • Every FUMi flavour comes in Slim
  • A bigger pouch, built for a quick flavour release and a taste that lasts

FUMi Mini

FUMi Mini

Mini pouches are shorter and lighter, which makes them harder to spot under your lip. You still get 20 pouches per can. Every Mini is 4mg per pouch.

  • 4mg per pouch only
  • Freezy Mint, Spearmint, Strawberry and Watermelon Mint
  • A good choice if you're looking for a slower release

How to use FUMi nicotine pouches

There are easy 4 steps to using pouches, just don't chew or swallow them.

Step 1

Slide a pouch under your top lip

Take a pouch from the can and tuck it between your top lip and gum. Left, right or centre, whichever feels comfortable.

Step 2

Give it a few minutes

The pouch takes in moisture from your mouth and starts releasing nicotine and flavour. You'll feel a tingle as the nicotine comes through, and the Fiery flavours add some warmth on top. Leave it where it is; there's no need to chew it or move it around.

Step 3

Keep it in for up to an hour

Take it out once the flavour has faded or you've had enough nicotine, whichever comes first.

Step 4

Bin it responsibly

Place the used pouch in a general waste bin. Don't flush it, drop it outside or swallow it.

Find your FUMi flavour

FUMi's flavours are split into 3 ranges: Fruit, Hot and Cool. If you know what you like in a drink or a sweet, you'll probably know which one to head for.

What's the difference between FUMi Slim and Mini?

Mini is the smaller, lighter pouch and only comes in 4mg, the duration will be a bit shorter than a slim due to the volume it holds. Slim is the full-size pouch and comes in every strength. Both hold 20 pouches per can.

What does Fiery mean on FUMi flavours?

Fiery flavours have a warm, spicy kick of chili on top of the fruit or mint. You'll find it on Fiery Mango, Fiery Lime, Fiery Peach and Fiery Mint

This depends on the size of the pouch. For slim, it can be up to about an hour. Mini's last between 20-30 minutes. Take it out sooner if the flavour fades or you've had enough nicotine.
