Pause Mode

Life doesn't always wait. With Pause Mode, you can pause your experience mid-session for up to 8 minutes and then resume exactly where you left off, without wasting your stick. Available during the first 3 minutes or 8 puffs of an experience.

FlexPuff

FlexPuff intelligently adapts to your personal puffing rhythm, potentially providing up to 4 extra puffs per session and extending your experience to up to 6 minutes. No two users are the same, and FlexPuff recognises that.

FlexBattery

The FlexBattery feature allows up to 3 consecutive uses of up to 6 minutes each from a fully charged Holder (without Pause Mode activated), or 2 consecutive uses when Pause Mode has been used for one of them. A fully charged Pocket Charger provides up to 20 total uses, plenty to last a full day.

TEREA Sticks

The ILUMA i works exclusively with TEREA™ SMARTCORE STICKS™, available in a wide range of flavours to suit every preference, from classic tobacco to menthol and beyond, priced from £7 per pack. It is also compatible with LEVIA zero-tobacco nicotine sticks (£5 per pack) for those seeking a tobacco-free option.

What's in the Box

The IQOS ILUMA i Starter Kit comes complete with the IQOS ILUMA i Holder, a Pocket Charger, a charging cable, and two packs of TEREA sticks, everything you need to get started straight away. (Please note: an AC power adaptor is not included and is sold separately.)

How to Use the IQOS ILUMA i

1. Charge Your Device - Before your first use, ensure both the Holder and Pocket Charger are fully charged. Insert the Holder into the Pocket Charger and connect the charging cable. A full charge of the Pocket Charger gives you up to 20 uses.
2. Insert Your SMARTCORE Stick - Take a TEREA™ or LEVIA™ SMARTCORE STICK™ and insert it into the top of the Holder. Thanks to AutoStart, the device will begin heating automatically the moment the stick is inserted, no buttons required.
3. Wait for Preheating - Your device will preheat for approximately 20 seconds. Watch the touchscreen for a real-time preheating status update. Once preheating is complete, you'll be notified that your experience is ready to begin.
4. Enjoy Your Experience - Each session lasts up to 6 minutes or 14 puffs, whichever comes first. The touchscreen displays the time remaining and puffs available throughout. If your usage pattern is recognised by FlexPuff, you may receive up to 4 additional puffs automatically.
5. Use Pause Mode if Needed - If you need to stop mid-session, simply swipe down on the touchscreen to activate Pause Mode. Your experience will be paused for up to 8 minutes and can be resumed right where you left off, available during the first 3 minutes or 8 puffs of your session.
6. Remove the Used Stick - Once your session is complete, the device will alert you. Remove the used SMARTCORE STICK™ from the Holder and dispose of it responsibly. There is no ash, no residue, and no cleaning required.
7. Recharge the Holder - After each use, place the Holder back into the Pocket Charger to recharge it for your next session. The Holder supports up to 3 consecutive uses before it needs to return to the Pocket Charger.
8. Check Device Status Anytime - Use the touchscreen at any point to check battery levels, the number of remaining experiences, and current mode settings, all at a single touch.
