On the first inhale, you are met with a refreshing serving of punchy menthol notes which will wake you up immediately, if you weren't already, of course. The exhale and following notes don’t dampen down or become lighter; if anything, the flavour becomes bolder, more icy and even more revitalising.

Sweetness & Balance:

Although it starts quite punchy and intense, with a more menthol-like flavour, the exhale of the ice does give it a slightly sweeter edge. The balance of both flavours is perfect; if I were a menthol lover, I would be all over this flavour.

All-Day Vape Potential:

This flavour works as a great all-day flavour for those who are into menthol flavours, especially. It is the perfect balance of sweet and refreshing; some menthols can be too overpowering, and this one isn’t, fortunately for you.

You are into your menthol flavours and love a bargain!

You prefer fruity or candy-like e-liquid flavours.

Our Experience:

I really enjoyed this flavour personally, and again, although I’m not a tobacco fan necessarily, I can understand why it’s so popular. It’s nice enough and also doesn't leave an unpleasant aftertaste like some tobacco flavours do on the market.

Sweetness & Balance:

I personally felt it was very light on the sweetness. I can understand users reporting it as sweet if they are looking for an experience akin to cigarettes. I think the balance of earthy notes and woody remnants is perfectly ratioed here, and there is no surprise to me why it sits in second place.

All-Day Vape Potential:

I vaped this over a period of six to seven hours, and the flavour didn’t fade; it’s also not too sweet or robust a flavour to become sickly, I feel.

Get this if:

You’re new to vaping and want an e-liquid flavour that is most similar to the taste of a mild cigarette. Think Benson & Hedges Silver.

Don’t get this if:

You want a fruity or sweet flavour or even a stronger tobacco-tasting flavour.

Our Experience:

For such an affordable e-liquid, I want to say I was pleasantly surprised by how flavourful this e-liquid was. Being a fruity e-liquid lover myself, I’ve often found that the cheaper e-liquids can be quite dull in flavour production - glad to say that wasn’t the case here. All three fruits had their moment to shine.

Sweetness & Balance:

So, I’m not going to excuse the fact that this e-liquid flavour was quite sweet, but at the same time, not overly sweet that a face scrunch is required. What I think Fifty Fifty got right here is how they were able to ensure a great balance between all fruits.

All-Day Vape Potential:

Even though there is a mix of different fruits, the fact that the fruits are all the less vibrant when picked in comparison to their more tropical counterparts makes this e-liquid a more acceptable all-day flavour. I vaped it for over eight hours, and not at any point did I think it was too much.

Get this if:

You are looking for a fruity flavour that won't get sickly throughout the day.

Don’t get this if:

You want an ultra-fruity flavour that is more on the candy-like sweetness as opposed to the natural sweetness fruit provides.

Our Experience:

This flavour is as refreshing as it is rich; the crisp, refreshing notes of apple are pleasantly balanced with sweet, juicy blackcurrant perfectly here. It’s a thumbs up from us at VS.

Sweetness & Balance:

In terms of balance, I must say the apple is definitely the more prominent flavour here of the two, that is not to say the blackcurrant is muted at all. You can taste just enough of the blackcurrant without it becoming overly sweet.

All-Day Vape Potential:

Without the apple, this may have easily leaned into the vape fatigue lane of e-liquids. But it doesn’t, and there is no surprise to us as to why this is the fourth e-liquid on the list.

Get this if:

You want a refreshing flavour but don't want the usual menthol or citrus options.

Don’t get this if:

You prefer single-note juices.

I did enjoy this flavour; however, I would say it could contain even more flavour. After a pod full, the taste did minimise.

Although vanilla is typically sweet, this flavour is far from on the sweeter side. I would say this flavour sounds sweeter than it tastes. The bitterness of the coffee flavouring definitely packs a punch.

All-Day Vape Potential:

Due to how minimal the flavour is, I would say this flavour definitely has potential to not get sickly throughout the day. It’s a mature, traditional flavour for sure.

Get this if:

You enjoy creamy, decadent flavours that are not overly sickly.

Don’t get this if:

You enjoy fruity or candy-like e-liquid flavours, as this profile couldn’t be any further away

Our Experience:

I would say the blackcurrant is definitely the dominant flavour here, and to be honest, the flavour that I wanted to taste the most of. The raspberry and lime seem to battle each other here for who can stand out the most, and to be honest, I think I’ll call it a tie.

It’s sweet enough without requiring the need to a trip to the dentist.

All-Day Vape Potential:

I could definitely get behind this flavour as an all-day contender for sure. But that again is a personal take, and that may be different for some.

I found this e-liquid flavour to be the perfect afternoon treat after vaping through a sickly dessert flavour. This e-liquid worked as a great midday pick-me-up. It’s chilly, but it also has a pinch of sweetness in store for the most daring.

The balance between the two is ideal. Where the menthol delivers a punchy hit of a cooling sensation, the peppermint brings a bold, sweet freshness.

All-Day Vape Potential:

If you are into menthol flavours, then yes! One could vape this all day without it becoming sickly or too much. It’s quite a straightforward menthol flavour without all the bells and whistles.

Our Experience:

I would say out of all the menthol flavours on the list, this was actually my personal favourite. This could be because the e-liquid is a nicotine salt and not freebase, so although it's really minty, it doesn't irritate your throat, which is always nice, haha.

Sweetness & Balance:

I would say it is sweet, but not as sweet as, say, a spearmint; the flavour is more like a pack of green Softmints. There’s sweetness there, but just a touch.

All-Day Vape Potential:

This flavour can definitely be vaped throughout the day and all day. Its flavour is mild and the draw of it is extra smooth.

This e-liquid flavour is one of my favourites, so it’s going to be very biased. I absolutely loved this flavour.

Sweetness & Balance:

This e-liquid is sweet in all the ripe places. It starts a bit twangy and sour initially, but it’s quickly followed by a serving of sweet strawberry and cherry. Not one fruit fights for its place more than the other; they all evenly sit on your taste buds.

All-Day Vape Potential:

If you are into fruity flavours, I would say it is definitely an all-day vape flavour. It's rich and fruity but not too much that it could become sickly.

Get this if:

You enjoy multi-layered fruity flavours.
