Members’ VIP Sale Terms and Conditions
- The Members’ VIP Sale is available exclusively to registered Vape Superstore members aged 18 or over.
- The promotion entitles eligible members to 20% off qualifying products purchased through the Vape Superstore website.
- The promotion ends at 23:59 on 31 July 2026. Orders must be completed before this time to qualify.
- Exclusions apply. The discount is not valid on E-Liquid Multi-Packs, Pod Multi-Packs or Heated Tobacco products. Any additional excluded products or ranges will be clearly identified on the website.
- The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotional code or offer.
- Customers must be signed into the account associated with their Vape Superstore membership when placing their order. The discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or account credit.
- The promotion applies to products that are available and in stock at the time the order is placed. All purchases are subject to availability.
- Delivery charges do not qualify for the discount. Any minimum-spend requirements for free delivery will be calculated using the order value after the discount has been applied.
- If an order containing discounted products is returned, any refund will be based on the amount paid after the promotional discount was applied. Our standard returns policy continues to apply.
- Vape Superstore reserves the right to cancel an order or remove the discount where it reasonably believes that the promotion has been misused, including through fraud, the creation of multiple accounts or attempts to circumvent these terms.
- Vape Superstore may amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary. Any changes will not unfairly disadvantage customers who have already placed a qualifying order.
- These promotional terms apply alongside Vape Superstore’s standard Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy and Returns Policy.
- Nothing in these terms affects a customer’s statutory rights.
