Overview
The Vaporesso XROS 6 Mini is a refillable pod kit for MTL and RDTL vaping, with a 1600mAh battery, up to 30W output and a COREX 3.0 mesh pod in the box. It is the simpler option in the XROS 6 range, with no screen, buttons or menus to work through. Fill the pod, give the coil 60 seconds to prime, then inhale to vape.
The kit comes with a 0.6Ω XROS Series mesh pod, which gives you a balanced MTL to looser RDTL draw. The coil is built into the pod, so there are no separate coils to change. When the pod reaches the end of its life, replace the whole pod and refill as normal.
Setup starts with Vaporesso's 60-second Smart Prime system. Fill the pod and leave it for one minute before vaping so the coil and wick have time to absorb the e-liquid. This helps reduce the chance of starting with a dry coil and getting a burnt taste from a fresh pod.
The 1600mAh battery gives the XROS 6 Mini plenty of capacity for a compact refillable pod kit. Vaporesso's own lab testing rates it for up to four days of use, although real battery life depends on the pod resistance, how often you vape and the length of each puff. It recharges through USB-C at up to 5V/2A, and passthrough charging means you can continue vaping while it is plugged in. The five-stage Tidal LED indicator shows how much battery remains without needing a screen.
The VENTURI airflow system shapes the airflow path to reduce unwanted resistance and noise, giving you a quieter, smoother draw. A slider on the side lets you move between a tighter MTL inhale and a looser draw, so you can match the airflow more closely to the pod and vaping style you prefer.
The included 2ml 0.6Ω top-fill pod uses Vaporesso's COREX 3.0 heating system. Its Hive Mesh structure, nano-microfibre process and aerospace-grade cotton are designed to spread heat and feed e-liquid through the coil more evenly, helping flavour stay consistent as you vape. SSS 2.0 uses improved sealing and a thermal leak-resistant structure to help reduce leaking and keep the pod cleaner during everyday use.
The Vaporesso XROS 6 Mini works with the full XROS pod range, including 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω, 1.0Ω and 1.2Ω options. Lower-resistance pods give you a looser draw and more vapour, while higher resistances move towards a tighter MTL vape. That means you can change how the kit feels without changing device or coil system.
The XROS 6 Mini comes in 11 colours, including translucent Jelly finishes alongside Black, Brown, Titanium, Plume and other colour options. If you want a refillable XROS kit with a large battery, simple inhale activation and no screen or menu system to manage, the Mini keeps the controls deliberately straightforward.
