Overview
The Vaporesso XROS 6 is a refillable pod kit for MTL and RDL vaping, with an 1800mAh battery, up to 30W of power and two COREX 3.0 mesh pods in the box. It’s the latest in the XROS series, one of the most popular pod platforms in the UK, and this generation is built around speed. The coil is ready in 60 seconds, the battery charges to 50% in 10 minutes, and a single charge can run for days.
Start with the priming. Fill the pod, hold the button for 3 seconds and Smart Prime saturates the coil in around a minute. The kit is ready almost as soon as you are, and a properly primed coil is far less likely to burn out early.
The 1800mAh battery is rated for up to 5 days of use in Vaporesso’s lab testing. Day to day average is 1 to 3 days depending on how often you vape. When it does run flat, 3A fast charging through the Type-C port reaches about 50% in 10 minutes. That’s a full day’s vaping from a charge shorter than a coffee break.
The draw has changed too. The new VENTURI airflow system shapes the air channel to cut turbulence, so each puff is quieter and smoother, and Vaporesso measures 20% better flavour delivery than the XROS 5. The side slider still adjusts the draw from a tight MTL to a looser RDL.
The included 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω pods (2ml, top filling) use COREX 3.0 heating: a hive mesh coil with nano-microfibre wicking and aerospace-grade cotton for richer, more even flavour. SSS 2.0 leak protection doubles up the seals, so pods stay clean in a pocket or bag.
You can fire it with the button or just inhale. ECO mode stretches the battery when you’re running low, Normal is good for everyday vaping, and Power mode ramps up flavour and vapour. Pair the kit with the 0.4Ω XROS pod (sold separately) and you can set wattage in 0.5W steps. Everything shows on the bright 0.88-inch TFT screen.
The Vaporesso XROS 6 is compatible with every pod in the XROS range, all now upgraded to COREX 3.0, so replacements are easy to find and you can change resistance whenever you like.
