Overview
The VOOPOO Drag X3 Vape Kit is an 80W refillable pod mod designed for direct-to-lung (DTL) vaping. It features a large 1.66-inch colour touchscreen, adjustable airflow and a choice of removable 18650 or 21700 batteries (not included). With variable wattage and compatibility with VOOPOO's PnP X coil range, it gives experienced vapers control over their power, airflow and vapour production.
The Drag X3 comes with a 2ml PnP X DTL pod and two replaceable mesh coils. The pre-installed 0.15ohm coil operates between 60–80W for an airy DTL inhale, while the included 0.3ohm coil works between 32–40W for a slightly more restricted draw. Both are suited to high VG e-liquids, particularly 70VG/30PG blends. The pod features adjustable top airflow and a side-filling port for straightforward refilling.
The device uses a single 18650 or 21700 battery, sold separately. The larger 21700 option can provide longer battery life, depending on its capacity and the selected wattage. The Drag X3 also features USB-C charging and a capacitive unlock sensor built into the firing button. This allows the button to unlock when touched and lock again when released, helping prevent accidental activation.
Its touchscreen makes it easy to view and adjust settings, while Smart Mode automatically selects a suitable power level for the installed coil. The Drag X3 is also compatible with other PnP X coils and MTL cartridges, sold separately, allowing you to change your vaping style without replacing the device.
