Overview
The Vaporesso XROS 4 Mini is a compact refillable pod kit with a 1000mAh built-in battery, inhale activation and adjustable airflow. It comes with a 2ml 0.6Ω XROS pod for an MTL to RDTL vape, with no menus or manual power settings to manage. Slide the airflow control to make the draw tighter or airier, then simply inhale to vape.
The XROS 4 Mini works with Vaporesso XROS replacement pods from 0.4Ω to 1.2Ω, giving you more choice over how the device feels without changing kit. The supplied 0.6Ω pod suits a relatively open MTL or RDTL draw, while options such as 1.0Ω move towards a tighter MTL vape and lower resistances give a more open draw. Each pod has its coil built in, so you refill it with your own e-liquid and replace the complete pod when the coil reaches the end of its life rather than changing a separate coil.
The 2ml XROS pod uses a top-fill design. Snap off the mouthpiece, fill through the red filling port, refit the mouthpiece and leave a new pod for around 10 to 15 minutes before your first puff so the e-liquid can soak into the coil. The supplied 0.6Ω pod is well suited to 50/50 e-liquids and nic salts.
Compatible COREX 2.0 XROS pods use Vaporesso's revised mesh structure and cotton to spread heat more evenly and keep e-liquid feeding to the coil. Vaporesso also uses its SSS pod design to help reduce leaking around the cartridge. These features focus on the pod itself, so you get the benefits without needing extra settings or controls on the device.
The built-in 1000mAh battery charges through USB-C at 1A. A coloured LED indicator shows the remaining battery level at a glance, while the aluminium alloy body keeps the device light at 46.5g. At 108.8 x 24 x 14mm, the XROS 4 Mini is compact enough to carry easily in a pocket or bag.
The XROS 4 Mini is the simpler model in the XROS 4 range. It keeps the 1000mAh battery, adjustable airflow and broad XROS pod compatibility, but leaves out the screen, manual button controls and selectable output modes found on the standard XROS 4. That makes it better suited to someone who wants the XROS pod system with fewer controls to think about.
