With so many prefilled pod kits popping up on the market since the disposable ban, it’s easy to get overwhelmed and overstimulated. We all like to stick to what we know, cause after all, who can be bothered to add to their daily to-do list?

Luckily for you, I have taken the hard work out of the equation and trialled and tested the Titan X. Being a prefilled pod kit connoisseur, I don’t think there is a better person for the job.

After a week of indulging, here are my thoughts on this product. Buckle up, you’re in for a ride. Written and reviewed by someone with 5 years of vaping experience.

Key Takeaways:

(4.5)

Is the Titan X any different to the existing variety of prefilled pod kits that are released day to day? Well, actually, yes.

The design alone stands out quite a bit. It allows you to store the unused refill containers within the kit. If you’re anything like me (extremely careless) and lose your possessions a lot, this will come in especially handy. It also has an integrated 1000 mAh battery that lasts days, well, at least it did for me. Better yet, you can choose between Boost Mode and Eco Mode, and it comes with a digital display that shows not only your selected output mode but also your battery life.

Verdict:

After rigorous testing of multiple prefilled pod kits, the Titan X does stand out. It has a long-lasting battery and also houses the pending pods. The option to flick between power modes was a bonus.

There’s even better news: the Titan X now has a bigger brother, the Titan X 50K, which comes with 6 refill containers instead of just 3 (the original Titan X). It’s the same kit, but it just comes with more.

Build & Design

Coming in at just 88g, the Titan X is a closed-pod vape that uses prefilled pods that you click into the device. It is extremely light and portable to carry around with you, which is ideal because who wants to be weighed down by their vape in 2025? I know for a fact, not me. It also fits extremely nicely in the palm of your hand. Once your hand is gripped around the Titan X, the device almost disappears, leaving only the mouthpiece visible.

The Titan X is constructed from a polished alloy and a toughened acrylic material, so although this device is robust and can weather the storm, it also feels extremely smooth and luxurious.

The pods and refills are made from transparent plastic, which allows users to easily monitor their level of e-liquid, which is pretty important when it comes to pods. There is nothing worse than thinking you still have some e-liquid remaining and taking a huge draw to only taste cotton and metal.

The finishing touches of this device are the engraving of “Titan X” on one side of the kit, which sits next to the two airflow holes. The other side of the device features the power mode button and the small display screen showing your battery level and power mode.

How Does It Work?

So, how does it work, you ask? Well, it’s extremely simple to get started, actually.

1. Open the magnetic casing by pushing it up and remove the rubber stopper.

2. Insert a new refill container and turn it clockwise until it locks into position.

3. Reattach the magnetic casing. You can now enjoy your device

4. Once the refill is finished, remove the empty container for recycling and repeat these steps with a new refill.

Battery, Charging & Performance

Fitted within the Titan X is a 1000mAh battery, which, for a prefilled pod kit, is extremely innovative.

After using this kit for a few weeks, once it was fully charged it would last me up to two full days from a single charge.

There wasn't any point I was out and had it run out on me, and to be fair, that’s exactly what I’m looking for, and I’m sure it’s the same for many others. Did I mention the fact that the device lasted this long whilst in Boost Mode? When I stayed in ECO Mode, I was getting even three days from the device.

You’re probably wondering about my vaping habits and thinking, well, it won't last that long for you. I must admit (shamefully), I am a self-proclaimed chain vaper for reference, so this goes to show you the battery life is notable.

So when it comes to charging this kit, it will take around thirty minutes to get to a full battery, which is great for a kit with such a large battery. Every time the battery died on me, the downtime was minimal. Say goodbye to the days of vaping on your device whilst on charge. We’ve all been there, and it’s definitely not the most comfortable setting being attached by the mouth to a cable whilst leaning over the side of your sofa.

Flavour & Vapour Production

The Titan X (original) comes in 15 flavours to choose from, which are mainly standalone fruit flavours or fruit with ice or a single menthol flavour. There is also a ‘drinks’ edition device for those looking for beverage flavours. Whilst the 50K is only available in 10 of these flavours.

After trying the entire 15 flavours, here are my personal favourites amongst the range of flavours, from each category.

Fruit

Blue Raspberry

This flavour is top tier, it's a true take of a blue raspberry flavour, but it has a natural sweetness to it and not a sickly blue raspberry flavour that can be present in some blue raspberry flavours on the market currently.

Ice

Watermelon Ice

I do love a good watermelon flavour, so maybe this pick was slightly biased, but the watermelon is so sweet here, it’s a single puff away from a dentist trip. The ice is just enough as well; it’s just enough without becoming too much. If you are into your sweet, icy blends, this is the one.

Menthol

Cool Mint

I mean, it is the only one in the range that is a standalone menthol flavour, but honestly, I’m not even a massive menthol lover, but this one is great. It reminds me of the green pack of soft mints. Again, not too powerful, just enough to work as a palate cleanser.

Titan 50K Collection Series (Cola Freeze / Fruit Punch)

The Titan 50K serves up something a bit different from the original series. It has five collections which feature dual flavour. My favourite from the bunch has to be, hands down, the drinks series.

It comes with 3 x 5ml refill containers of cola freeze and then 3 x fruit punch refill containers. I mean, no shock that I’ve gone with this choice, really considering I chose fruit punch for my favourite fruit flavour.

I also thoroughly enjoyed the cola freeze flavour, it was tantalising and also weirdly worked as a great palate cleanser. It’s a yes from me.

Each pod that comes with both kits includes a mesh coil, which honestly works wonders. The flavour was so consistent, and I did not see a drop in flavour over the few weeks in which I trialled and tested this device.

Nicotine Salts in 20mg

Both Titan X kits are loaded with nicotine salts in a 20mg strength. This is especially great for users who are looking for a smooth experience where their nicotine cravings are settled almost immediately. Nicotine salts in 20mg are what were previously found in the majority of single-use bars for reference.

I find that nicotine salts in this strength, in particular, are partly responsible for me kicking the nasty ciggies. They are extremely smooth on my throat, due to the nicotine salt formula. After just a few puffs, I can feel the worries of everyday life fall to the wayside.

Who’s It For?

The Titan X Prefilled Pod Kit is great if you are in the market for an easy-to-use MTL (mouth-to-lung)vape that packs a punch straight out of the packet.

If you're looking for the higher end of puff count prefilled pod kits, this works wonders. Depending on which kit you choose, you will still have 10K or, even better, 50K puffs.

Pros
  • Large Battery Life - 1000mAh, will last ages before the need to charge
  • 10,000 Puffs or 50K Puffs - sustainable and long-lasting
  • 20mg of Nicotine Salt - immediate satisfaction of strong cravings
  • Mesh Coil - superior flavour and vapour production
  • Two Power Modes to choose from (Boost/ECO Mode) - gives users a way of tailoring the experience
Cons
  • Button can be finicky, may not switch power modes on first press
  • The design could be smaller, pen-shaped. Some users may find the device too large
  • Doesn’t come in any lower strengths
  • 1A charging, 2A would be preferred for speedier charging
  • No airflow control

My Verdict

The whistle has blown, and it is time to now share my final thoughts on the Titan X. Honestly, I would say the Titan /50K is a superior option. It is the perfect balance of all factors; it has a compact design, two power modes, rapid charging and a massive 1000mAh battery in tow. I mean, honestly, it’s a no-brainer.

Overall Rating - 4.5/5 - small but mighty!

FAQs

Not in the traditional sense, but it uses prefilled 5ml refill capsules that twist easily into a 2ml pod, so you can reuse the device multiple times before replacing the pod.

The 1000mAh built-in battery lasts around two to three days, depending on usage and whether you’re in Boost or Eco Mode.

Yes, both the Titan X and Titan X 50K use the same refills and pods, making it simple to swap between devices.

Each kit delivers up to 10,000 puffs, while the Titan X 50K offers up to 50,000 puffs thanks to the extra refills included.

Absolutely, the Titan X fully meets UK vaping regulations and is designed as a reusable, prefilled pod system, offering a sustainable alternative to now-banned disposables.
