The Elf Bar Mate 500 Pod Device is a compact, rechargeable pod kit designed to deliver the familiar flavour of Elf Bar disposables in a reusable format. Built for simplicity and portability, it’s a low-maintenance option for adult vapers who want a cigarette-style mouth-to-lung (MTL) inhale without refilling or coil changes.
Powered by a 500mAh built-in battery, the Mate 500 is designed to support a full day of typical MTL use and can be recharged quickly via USB-C. The device is inhale activated, so there are no buttons or menus to manage – you simply insert a pod and draw to vape.
The Mate 500 is compatible with Elf Bar Mate P1 prefilled pods each containing 2ml of 20mg nicotine salt e-liquid. These disposable pods are designed to provide a smooth throat hit and fast nicotine satisfaction, with modest vapour output that closely mirrors the feel of a traditional cigarette. When a pod is empty, it can be replaced with a fresh one, allowing continued use of the same device.
